Procedure for Obtaining Membership
If interested in becoming a member, the individual must contact a current member stating the desire to become a member. The current member will request a new member proposal form from the office, fill out the information on the interested individual and return it to the office to be submitted to the membership committee for approval. After approval of the committee, the proposal is voted upon during the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors. Should the proposal meet the approval of the Board, the office will send a letter to the interested individual inviting them to join the Club. If an individual is not acquainted with a member of the Club, they may contact the office and express interest in joining.
